Policy guidelines third party usage of Aids Fonds logo's.
The Aids Fonds logo should always be accompanied by clearly visible text explaining its usage. The text may be displayed either to the left or right of the logo or directly underneath the logo, keeping the required white space in mind.
For sites making use of Aids Fonds logo, the recommended text is: "Click on the Aids Fonds logo to visit the official site".
Referral.
The Aids Fonds should always be referred to as "the Aids Fonds".
Required Logo.
For publications (brochures, ads, sites etc) making mention of or using the name Aids Fonds, an approved logo must be displayed in accordance with these guidelines.
Required Link for sites.
The Aids Fonds logo must always be an active link to the Aids Fonds website (http://www.aidsfonds.nl)
Approved Logo .
Only the logos approved by the Aids Fonds for use on third party publications (brochures, ads, sites etc) may be used. The logos may be displayed at a different size, but all elements of the logo must be changed in size proportionally.
Minimal width is: 20 mm (for the standard horizontal logo)
Required Placement.
The logo must always be placed on a prominent spot on your publication and must always stand alone, not be combined with any other graphical elements, or be placed against a high-contrast background. Recommended text should also always appear.
No Alteration Allowed
The Aids Fonds logo must not be altered in ANY way. The logo may not be taken apart; changed in proportion, color or fonts; or otherwise altered from the version supplied by Aids Fonds.
Positive Presentation .
The publication must display the Aids Fonds logo in a positive manner. The logo may not be used to depict Aids Fonds and or any of its members, services, products and affiliates in any negative way.
Changes to these guidelines.
Aids Fonds reserves the right to change these guidelines solely at its own discretion.
Termination.
Aids Fonds reserves the right to immediately terminate permission to use its logos to anyone not following these guidelines as determined solely by Aids Fonds's judgement. Aids Fonds may visit participating sites to check on compliance to these guidelines.
